Delete my account
You can request the deletion of your Duoly account and associated data at any time.
How to proceed
Send an email to contact@novalys.io with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address associated with your account.
We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days at most.
What is deleted
- Your account and profile (email, first name, photo);
- Your question answers, messages, reactions and moods;
- Your calendar events, tasks and shopping lists;
- The link with your partner (their account and their own content are not deleted);
- Your notification tokens.
What may be kept temporarily
- Anonymised technical logs (90 days at most);
- Billing data related to your purchases, kept by Apple/Google and RevenueCat in line with their legal obligations — the subscription itself is managed in your store.
