DuolyPrivacy Policy
Duoly is a mobile app that helps couples stay connected. The privacy of what you share with your partner is at the heart of our product: your answers, messages and moods are only visible to the two of you.
1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

| Subscription | Your subscription status (via RevenueCat and the stores). We never store your payment details. |
| Technical | Push notification token, device identifiers, aggregated usage events (Firebase Analytics) to improve the app. |
3. How we use your data
- To provide the service: syncing your content between you and your partner.
- To notify you (new question, partner’s answer, mood received) — can be disabled in settings.
- To manage your Premium subscription and share it with your partner.
- To improve the app through aggregated usage statistics.
Your data is never sold or used for advertising. The app shows no ads.
4. Who sees what?
The content you create in Duoly (answers, messages, moods, calendar) is only visible to you and your linked partner (and the members of your family space for family content). Our team does not access it, except where legally required or upon your explicit support request.

6. Retention
Your data is kept while your account is active. Deleting your account erases your personal data and content (see Delete my account).
7. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, port and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, email us at contact@novalys.io from your account email address. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
8. Security
All communication with our servers is encrypted (TLS). Data access is restricted by row-level security rules: each user can only read what concerns them and their partner.
9. Minimum age
Duoly is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. Family-mode information about children is entered by parents, under their responsibility, and is limited to household organisation.
10. Changes
This policy may change. We will inform you in the app of any significant update. The last-updated date appears at the top of this page.
