Duoly app (io.novalys.duoly) — published by Novalys

You can request the deletion of your Duoly account and associated data at any time.

How to proceed

Send an email to contact@novalys.io with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address associated with your account.

We confirm the request and delete the account within 30 days at most.

Your account and profile (email, first name, photo);
Your question answers, messages, reactions and moods;
Your calendar events, tasks and shopping lists;
The link with your partner (their account and their own content are not deleted);
Your notification tokens.

Anonymised technical logs (90 days at most);
Billing data related to your purchases, kept by Apple/Google and RevenueCat in line with their legal obligations — the subscription itself is managed in your store.
