DuolyTerms of Use
1. The service
Duoly is a mobile app for couples: a daily question, mood sharing, a conversation game, and a shared calendar and organisation. By creating an account, you accept these terms.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential.
- An account links to one partner at a time; you can unlink your accounts at any time.
3. Premium subscription
- Duoly offers a Premium subscription (monthly, yearly) and a lifetime licence, purchased through the App Store or Google Play.
- An active Premium subscription automatically benefits both linked partners.
- The 7-day free trial converts into a paid subscription unless cancelled before it ends.
- Renewal is automatic; manage or cancel in your store settings (App Store or Google Play). Refunds are governed by Apple’s and Google’s policies.
- Prices shown in the app may vary by country and may change for future subscription periods.
4. Your content
You own the content you create (answers, messages, photos…). You grant us only the technical licence needed to store it, sync it and display it to you and your partner. We do not use it for any other purpose.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Duoly for illegal content or harassment, not to infringe others’ rights, and not to attempt to compromise the security of the service.
6. Termination
You can delete your account at any time (see Delete my account). We may suspend an account in case of serious breach of these terms.
7. Liability
Duoly is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the service available and reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription over the last 12 months.
